What is The Camp?

Sitting at the gateway of MidCity, The Camp is Huntsville’s coolest outdoor destination. Yes, we have food. Rotating seasonal menus straight from the our incredible chefs! Drinks? Beer, cocktails, wine, you name it. A huge outdoor space to explore? Indeed. Coffee shop made of shipping containers? Duh, Greenroom Coffee is there for all your caffeine needs. Live music? Oh hell yes, discover your new jams here. Unique events and Insta-ops? We attract the type. Dog, kid, neighbor, grandma friendly? Definitely. It’s easy to find yourself at The Camp all day.

Where is The Camp?

You can find us at 5909 University Dr NW, Huntsville, AL 35805. Located right on the corner of classic HYW 72 and MidCity Drive, we sit in front of the Topgolf at MidCity. For you Huntsville OGs, The Camp sits at the former Lonestar Steakhouse spot in front of the former Madison Square Mall.

When is The Camp open?

We switch up the menus & hours based on the season so be sure to check out the Food + Drink page to check out what're serving up as of late!

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! We love our furry friends. Just make sure to keep them on a leash.

Can I bring kids?

Heck yeah! You don't even need to put them on a leash (just kidding)! There are lots of great things for kids to do at The Camp. Just keep an eye on them or we'll give them extra candy.

What if it's raining outside?

As an all outdoor venue, if the weather forecasts calls for heavy rain, we will send updates on facebook and on our Instagram story.

How much does it cost?

Free! Theres no admission to The Camp unless otherwise stated for a special event or concert.

What's the parking situation?

We have lots of availbale parking around The Camp, but sometimes with special events parking may get full. Our overflow parking is in the North end of the TopGolf parking lot and the head-in parking along the streets on MidCity Drive. Please DO NOT park at the Holiday Inn parking lot. They tend to not like that.

Do you have breakfast?

Greenroom Coffee serves all the best caffinated bevs, Canadian Bakin bagels, and The Bakingtist pastries. Come start your day the right way with us.

Can I bring my own food?

Why bring your own food when we have some of the best food in all of the 256? We'd prefer that you just come and enjoy The Camp food trucks, bar, and coffee shop menu options. We don't allow outside food and drinks. Thanks!
